ATN International, Inc. provides telecommunications services to rural and other under-served markets and geographies in the U.S., Bermuda and the Caribbean. The company provides both wireless and wireline connectivity to residential and business customers. It offers wholesale wireless voice and data roaming services to national, regional, local and selected international wireless carriers in rural markets located principally in the Southwest and Midwest U.S. It also offers wireless voice and data services to retail customers in Guyana, Bermuda, and in other smaller markets in the Caribbean and the U.S. The Wireless service operates through three segments: U.S. Wireless, Island Wireless and International Integrated Telephony. The U.S. Wireless Segment offers wireless voice and data services to retail customers in much smaller markets in the U.S. The Island Wireless Segment provides wireless voice and data service to retail and business customers in Bermuda. The International Integrated Telephony segment offers wireless telephone service n Guyana. The Wireline services offers local telephone and data services include its operations in Guyana and the mainland U.S. It provides domestic wireline local and long-distance telephone services in Guyana and international voice and data communications into and out of Guyana. The Wireline service operates through two segments: International Integrated Telephony and U.S. Wireline. The International Integrated Telephony segment offers wireline telephone service in Guyana. The U.S. Wireline Segment provides of competitive integrated voice and broadband data communications and wholesale transport services. The Renewable Energy segment provide distributed generation solar power to corporate, utility and municipal customers in Massachusetts, California and New Jersey. The company was founded by Cornelius B. Prior Jr. in June 1987 and is headquartered in Beverly, MA.
