It operates through three field segments: Metal Field, Designated Automotive, and Establishment Filed. The Metal Field segment is which the Group engage in manufacturing, processing and assembly of all types of metal products. The Designated Automotive segment design, engineering, development, manufacture, assembly, adjustment and maintenance of designated vehicles utilized in civilian and military security. The Establishment Field segment engaged in setting up metal constructions and infrastructure, energy facilities, petrochemical facilities and various industrial facilities. Its products and projects include power plants, pressure parts, steel structures, and miscellaneous. The company was founded by Ruben Brand in 1978 and is headquartered in Yeruham, Israel.
