Commercial Bank of Ceylon Plc engages in the provision of a comprehensive range of financial services. It operates its business through the following divisions: Personal Banking, Corporate Banking, International Operations, Investment Banking, and Dealing and Treasury. The Personal Banking division offers loans and advances, deposits, fee-based deposits, priority banking, elite banking, easy payment schemes, and promotions. The Corporate Banking division includes structuring, managing, and underwriting of initial public offerings and private placements of equity, margin trading facilities, structuring of corporate debt instruments, securitization, syndicated loans, escrow accounts and project financing. The International Operations includes current, savings fixed deposit, margin and money market accounts, personal, terms, small and medium-sized enterprises, housing and auto loans, lease financing, and remittance services. The Dealing and Treasury division offers derivatives, interest rate products, and foreign exchange products. The company was founded on June 25, 1969 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
