It operates through the following segments: Singapore, China, Management Businesses, and Corporate and Others. The Singapore segment is consist of income producing projects located in downtown civic district, central business district, and orchard road precinct. The China segment comprises mainly of large-scale integrated mixed-use projects which are under development, operational retail malls, and operational integrated development as well as contribution from healthcare services. The Management Businesses segment includes asset and retail management, project development, project and design management, as well as investment advisory services. The Corporate and Others segment is comprised of other developing markets together with corporate function. The company was founded on November 28, 2002 and is headquartered in Singapore.
